WM3E Automatic Drinkers:
We supply the extremely popular and reliable Watermaster 3E Drinker (WM3E) – made in the UK by BEC Osprey. The WM3E is an automatic drinker that utilises the proven and reliable BEC Drinker Valve System. It is designed to be used from a separate header tank and gravity fed. The water level in the drinker tray is adjustable.
The WM3E allows birds to display their natural drinking behaviour by scooping water out with their beak, and research shows that chickens prefer this type of drinking system. While birds visit bell drinkers less frequently compared to nipple drinkers, they consume more water during a single visit. 8-10 WM3E drinkers are sufficient for 1000 birds.
The drinker comes with 3m of black tubing, saddle assembly, hanger strap, nylon or plastic covered hanging cord and a slider for height adjustment. The valve includes a filter in the top that can be removed for cleaning.
